Buddig Sandwich in a Bread Bowl
Ingredients
6 oz. Buddig Corned Beef (3 packages, 2 oz. each), chopped
18 pretzel rolls, 3” diameter
3 Tbsp. blackberry jam
3 Tbsp. honey mustard
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
6 Tbsp. sauerkraut

Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut a thin slice from the top of each roll and hollow it out, leaving a 1/4” shell.
Mix blackberry jam and honey mustard together.
Combine corned beef, 3/4 cup of cheese, sauerkraut and blackberry mustard; mix well and spoon into rolls.
Top rolls with remaining cheese and bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
Serve warm.
