Old Fashioned Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
Vegetable cooking spray
2-1/2 cups 2% milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 ounces pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, drained
8 ounces Buddig Sliced Turkey, chopped (or your favorite Buddig sliced meat)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine milk and eggs in a large bowl until blended.
Stir in butter and pepper.
Stir in cheeses.
Add macaroni and Buddig meat.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top is just starting to brown and edges are bubbling.
Variation: Top with buttered cracker crumbs – stir 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs into 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Sprinkle over top of macaroni mixture before baking.
